At Holden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
